Actually it's a gargoyle. It is supposed to be one of the few in the world that is a female. This building was built by the Bradfields in the 1800's intended to be a bank. It just recently converted to a clinic. The Bradfields owned a mansion down the street from there that includes twin parlors and a ball room on the third floor.
